Cut cucumbers.

Pour the cucumbers with soy sauce (it is instead of salt), sprinkle them with a little sugar and coriander seeds. Stir.
Make a small depression in the middle and add the garlic passed through the garlic press. Add vinegar.
Now back to the oil, it should heat up to "smoke". Fill the cucumbers with oil and mix.
Let it brew for about an hour.
