I baked brownies in a 20×22 cm pan. We really love this dessert, and I often make it using various recipes. This particular recipe is one of the most successful ones we’ve tried.
The taste of the finished dessert primarily depends on the quality of chocolate used. Therefore, choose only a good quality product. You can use not only dark chocolate but also milk chocolate, or even white chocolate. Brownies made with white chocolate are often called “blondies”.
Brownies are often baked with nuts, cream cheese, or berries for added flavor and texture.
Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour but on the desired consistency of the dough.
