- These are our products. It is better to mix products at room temperature, but if there is no time, you can melt at least the butter. There is a little sugar in the recipe, and the pancakes are not very sweet, but this is compensated by serving them with chocolate sauce/syrup, condensed milk or jam. In a bowl, mix the egg, soft butter and sugar with a whisk to combine.
- In parallel, prepare the Chocolate sauce. In a small saucepan, heat 100 ml of milk or cream (any fat content), almost to a boil, remove from the burner.
