  1. Rinse the kettle with hot water, add tea, pour boiling water (2-3 cups) and leave for 10-15 minutes, strain, add sugar to taste, cool.
  2. Peaches (nectarine) peel, cut the pulp into thin slices.
  3. Arrange into glasses, pour 20 ml of cognac into each glass.
  4. Add ice, pour the chilled tea into glasses and serve immediately.
