Grilled Chicken in Plum-Soy Marinade Recipe
Well, who will refuse a chicken leg straight from the grill? I don’t think there is such a person! I offer my own version of marinating chicken legs – with plum jam.
Instructions
  1. For the marinade, mix soy sauce , grated garlic, plum jam and sweet paprika.
  2. We will cut the chicken into pieces or you can take the shins, wings. Fill the chicken with marinade and mix. Leave for 2 hours to marinate.
