I'd like to suggest that we cook lamb ribs in a soy-pomegranate marinade. Soy sauce and pomegranate juice make the meat tender, and mint without changing the taste of the meat, gives a pleasant aroma! And ribs will be served with grilled vegetables.
Cut lamb into portions, rinse under cold water. Put in a deep bowl.
Onion cut into half rings, mash well with hands, add to the meat. Add spices, on desire ( I used to add pepper and ground ginger).
Add pomegranate juice, olive oil and soy sauce to the meat.
Mix thoroughly meat.
Add to the meat a few mint leaves.
Leave the meat to marinate at least a couple of hours!
Wooden skewers soak in cold water.
String the meat on skewers and put on the grill.
Fry on coals, or in the oven.
It took me 30 minutes, at 220-240 gr.
(Focus should be on the oven)
In the process of cooking meat, you can baste it with marinade.
Wash vegetables, peel, cut.
Sprinkle with vegetable oil and soy sauce, leave for 5-10 minutes. Then add the vegetables to the mayonnaise and leave for 25-30 minutes.
String on skewers and fry in a pan for 5-7 minutes.
Ready kebabs to put on the dish, served with vegetables.
