Preparing the marinade.
Take soy sauce (2 tablespoons), sesame oil, honey, add finely chopped garlic and chili pepper.
Dip the salmon steaks in the marinade and put them to marinate in a cold place for 20 minutes.
These steaks are ideal to fry on the grill. But in the absence of fry in a pan-grill. Heat the pan very hot, brush it with soy oil. Lightly dip the steaks in a paper towel.
Put the steaks at an angle to the strips of the pan, turn down the heat. Fry on one side for 2 minutes, turn over, fry for 2 minutes on the other side. Turn it over again and fry for another 3 minutes.
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, and put them on a serving plate.
On top of the lettuce leaves, put the cucumber cut into circles and the onion half-rings.
Prepare a salad dressing from soy sauce (2 tablespoons), sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, soy oil and finely chopped coriander. You can make more sauce and use some of it as a dip, dip the salmon.
Pour the salad dressing.
On top of the salad, put a hot grilled salmon steak. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper mixture. Serve.
