This salad can be very useful for the New Year’s table. There should be a lot of vegetable food on the New Year’s table: lettuce leaves, greens, vegetables, fruits.

  1. Finely chop the green onion and pepper.
  2. Boil the mushrooms and cut them across in layers.
  3. Chop the nuts.
  4. Put the sprouted cabbage and all the other prepared ingredients in the salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and the salad is ready!
  5. For this salad, I use another dressing option: 0.5 tbsp vegetable oil, 0.25 tbsp vinegar, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp sugar. This gas station is suitable for fasting. Also, for piquancy, I sometimes put peeled pine nuts in a salad.
