I love this salad and always used to order it in Chinese restaurants, but then I thought: why not cook it yourself?… I scoured the Internet, picked up a little bit from various sites and brought for myself the perfect preparation of this, to the disgrace of a simple, but insanely delicious warm salad. By the way, even frozen broccoli does not lose its usefulness! If in other vegetables when frozen the percentage of loss of vitamins somewhere 50%, the broccoli loses only 10%. Therefore, it can easily be eaten all year round!
