  1. Wash the mushrooms, dry them on a paper towel. Lightly fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Whisk the egg whites.
  2. Dip the mushroom caps in protein, sprinkle with spices (a pinch), then roll in sesame seeds. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes. Put it on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  3. Ready!
