Add grated cheese and lightly beaten egg to the curd and mix.
I do not add sugar, because I have sweet apples. If you want, you can add a little powdered sugar or honey.
Add semolina to the resulting mass and mix again. Leave for 15 minutes, to swell the semolina.
While the filling is resting, prepare the apples.
They are mine.
We cut off the tops of small apples. Cut medium apples in half.
Using a knife and a teaspoon, carefully remove the seed pod and part of the pulp.
Put the filling in the apples with a spoon and put it in the oven preheated to 180 gr. for 20 minutes, until the curd and cheese filling is browned.
Remove from the oven, brush with oil and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds. Allow to cool slightly, serve with mint and, if desired, physalis. Let's start the tea party and treat!
