Chopped eggs, cucumbers, dill, garlic
and crushed in a chopper. I added
peeled and sliced avocado, which I
sprinkled with freshly squeezed lemon juice
so that the spread would not darken. I poured salt
and crushed everything together.
I put the pate-spread in two containers.
The bread was dried in a toaster and spread with
pate.
The pate turned out very fragrant and delicious!
This toast is delicious with coffee or with soup.
Cucumbers can be put a couple more.
