Boil eggs, peel and cut. Cucumber and avocado cut into cubes, ham-straws.
Wash lettuce leaves, dry, coarsely cut or tear with your hands. Put in a salad bowl all the ingredients, salt, sprinkle with oregano. For the dressing, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic. Pour the dressing over the salad.
Now spread the salad on a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and garnish with cherry halves.
