Boil the eggs, peel and cut them. Cut the cucumber and avocado into cubes, and the ham into strips.
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, cut them coarsely or tear them with your hands. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt, and sprinkle with oregano. For the dressing, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic. Pour the dressing over the salad.
