Many people are already familiar with frozen yolks and have tried this. This stack is served with sake. But just with rice it turns out delicious and unusual. A simple and at the same time unusual dish.
Carefully separate the yolks from the whites.
Place the blanks in a suitable container so that they can be filled with marinade.
Mix mirin and soy sauce.
If there is no mirin, then a semi-sweet white wine will do.
Close the container and refrigerate for 8 hours.
In 8 hours, the yolks will be covered with a strong shell, and a thick yolk soaked in sauce will remain inside.
And if you hold it for a day, the yolks will become amber in color and even thicker.
Together with rice, it is very tasty.
