To prepare a snack, I use rice boiled according to the instructions on the package (a mixture of steamed and wild rice).
Mix the rice mixture with the chopped tuna (canned in its own juice). The proportions in the recipe are approximate.
Chop a small onion.
Add the onion to the rice-fish mixture.
Chop a piece of seasonal pepper and add it to the rice.
Hard-boiled chicken eggs, peeled, cut into 2 halves. Remove the yolk and use it in another dish. Fill the egg halves with rice and fish preparation, sprinkle with herbs and garnish with olives. Cut the bread into serving pieces, put the stuffed egg on it.
