Boil the potatoes in a uniform, cool and cut into cubes approximately.
Cut crab sticks into 4 pieces lengthwise and 3 across. Such are the large stripes.
Cut the pickled cucumber into cubes.
Finely chop the green onions.
Mix all the ingredients (leave some finely chopped onion for garnish). Add salt and pepper to taste.
