Salad “Squid” Recipe
Juicy, fresh, tender and light salad for every day or for a festive table. It is prepared simply and quickly from a minimum of ingredients. Help yourself, it’s delicious!

  1. Finely chop the onion and marinate it in lemon juice.
  2. Cucumbers cut into small cubes.
  3. Chop the eggs. With canned squid drain the liquid and finely chop it. Instead of canned, you can use boiled squid. A very decent alternative.
  4. Mix yogurt or low-fat sour cream with mustard and chopped herbs. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. You can fill the salad with mayonnaise.
  5. Drain the liquid from the onions and cucumbers. Put the salad in layers in the following order: – squid, – cucumber, – sauce, – egg, – onion, – sauce, – squid. Top the salad with chopped herbs. Everything is ready!
