Cut the cooled omelet into small cubes, cut the leek (the white part of it) and mix all the ingredients. At this stage, you can fill the salad. Two types of dressing are suitable for it – 1 – I-orange oil and lemon juice and 2 – I-2 tablespoons of low-fat sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Personally, I treat mayonnaise adequately, so it is for this salad that I mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and fill the salad. Decide for yourself how you will taste better. The taste of the salad is unbroken, but pleasant.
