Based on what was in the refrigerator for the New Year, it turned out very tasty, although initially there were doubts about the compatibility of crab sticks with chicken. I will show you how to cook one portion of salad, and you will increase the rate yourself, depending on the number of guests.

  1. Finely chop the egg and crab sticks.
  2. Then finely chop the smoked chicken.
  3. Prepare the sauce. Rub a clove of garlic in mayonnaise and pour soy sauce over it. Mix well.
  4. Let’s take an empty mold, or a teacup, a bowl, it all depends on what shape you want to give your salad. We put the film on the bottom and on the sides.
  5. Spread the salad. We put the egg on the bottom and tamp it down.
  6. Lubricate the sauce and spread a layer of crab sticks, press well again.
  7. Lubricate the sauce, a layer of chicken and sauce again.
  8. Flip onto a plate and gently lift, then remove the film.
