Wash all the vegetables and boil the potatoes. Drain the potatoes and leave to cool. Lightly boil the broccoli and asparagus (1-2 minutes). Also drain the water and leave to cool.
Cut the potatoes large. Onion cut into rings.
To prepare the sauce, mix the olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper, and chopped onion in a container.
Mix potatoes, olives, olives, broccoli, asparagus and onions.
Cut the green onions.
Put the salad on a plate, pour the sauce and garnish with herbs.
