  1. Fry the baguette slices. Spread a thin stream of mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated egg.
  2. Cucumbers can be cut into rings, but they will look much more beautiful on sandwiches if you grate them on a grater in the form of a lattice. Put the pickles on the sandwiches and on top of the fish. Serve on lettuce leaves.
