- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Caucasian adjika (bitter pepper, garlic, coriander). Add the peanut paste. Once I prepared the filling for these sandwiches without having such a paste. I had to grind the nuts with a rolling pin or in a mortar. If you use just nuts instead of pasta, increase the amount of mayonnaise. Prepare a sauce from these ingredients, mix everything well.
- Divide the filling into 6 parts. Lubricate the three layers that will be the lower layers. You can put a little more filling here. Cover the top with the remaining layers of bread, alternating between white and black bread. Press, and lubricate the upper layers with the filling. Leave it like this for half an hour.
