Instructions
250 grams of spinach.
Bring the water to a boil.
Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion, divide the garlic cloves with a knife.
Blanch the spinach in water for 1-1.5 minutes.
And immediately throws it into a colander.
Melt the butter.
Fry the garlic and remove it from the pan.
Fry the onion in the same oil.
Lay out the spinach, stir and serve immediately. If desired, you can sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. It goes well with pine nuts.
