  1. Wash the prunes and dry them with a paper towel. Dry the nuts in the oven.
  2. Prunes cut on one side, stuff with cottage cheese cream, stick in the inside of the cream hazelnuts or almonds.
  3. Wrap in a slice of sausage. Fasten with a toothpick with an olive or olive oil.
