Avocados on the Grill Recipe
I knew for sure that I would grill avocado, but only on coals and marinated with a seasoning that includes oregano and juniper berries. To say that it is delicious, it is nothing to say and very sorry that we did so little.

  1. Cut the avocado lengthwise into 2 parts. Remove the stone, sprinkle with the seasoning and leave for 30 minutes. Cook over coals for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from the grill and pour over the lemon juice.
  3. Ready.
