A light summer salad wrapped in pita bread can turn into a great snack at work or on the road, when there is no time for a full meal. This is a recipe for a snack that is convenient to take with you and not difficult to prepare.
For the salad, we will need fresh vegetables. Tomatoes, sweet peppers and avocado cut into small pieces, sweet blue onion straws. Hard-boiled quail eggs and cut in half. Of course, eggs can be replaced with ordinary chicken. Sprinkle with lemon juice that will complement the avocado well. Salt and vegetable oil to taste.
The mixed salad is spread on a thin pita bread and wrapped in an envelope.
