Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut into pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening.
In a bowl, add chopped avocado, garlic passed through a garlic press (2 teeth), add salt and ground black pepper to taste, add cottage cheese (70 gr.). Punch the mixture with a blender leg until smooth and homogeneous.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices.
Add the prepared avocado sauce to the tartlets, add the cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle the pine nuts on top.
