Instructions
  1. A piece of pumpkin is cleaned and cut into cubes. Place on a baking sheet, salt, sprinkle with Basil and drizzle with olive oil. Put in the oven preheated to T-200 C for 10 minutes. It may take less time, be guided by your oven. Remove and transfer to a plate. Let it cool down a little.
  2. While the pumpkin is in the oven, fry the bacon in a frying pan. I use a grill pan. Put the bacon in a preheated frying pan, sprinkle a little salt and pepper with freshly ground black pepper. Fried on both sides. I have fresh bacon, you can use smoked or salted in the salad. Then this bacon doesn’t need to be salted or peppered. In parallel, dry the peeled pumpkin seeds in another pan.
  3. All the ingredients are ready. We collect the salad and serve it immediately. Put 3 lettuce leaves on a plate, tear the fourth one with your hands finely and then sprinkle it with the collected salad. Spread the pumpkin on the lettuce leaves, then lay out the bacon and sprinkle with the torn lettuce leaf and seeds.
