  1. Beetroot is cooked the longest in this salad. It can be boiled or baked. You can bake beets in foil in the oven or, as I did, in the microwave. I’ll tell you how to do it. Beets are washed and placed in a baking bag. The bag is tied or tightened with special clips. With a toothpick or the tip of a knife, we pierce the hole. The beet itself should not be pierced, since the integrity of the peel creates additional heat retention, and it is better steamed. Beets are baked at maximum power for 10-15 minutes (it all depends on the power of your microwave). Don’t worry, he will shoot back a little.   2. while the beetroot is cooling, peel it and cut into cubes. Put a layer in a flat salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel the orange, divide into slices and peel them. Cut the slices into small pieces.
  4. Put the orange on top of the beetroot. Drizzle with oil.
  5. The next layer is grated cheese. On top – coarsely chopped and scattered in artistic disorder nuts. Ready!
