The longest in this salad is to prepare beets. It can be boiled or baked. You can bake beets in foil in the oven, or, as I did - in the microwave. Tell you how.
Beets are washed and placed in a baking bag. The bag is tied or tightened with special clips. A toothpick or the tip of a knife punctures a hole. The beet itself should not be pierced, since the integrity of the peel creates additional heat retention, and it is better steamed. Beets are baked at the maximum power of 10-15 minutes (it all depends on the power of your microwave). Do not worry, it will shoot back a little. After the beets signal remains off in the microwave for another 5 minutes. Then the bag can be removed...
while the beets cool, peel and cut into cubes. Put a layer in a flat salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Peel the orange, divide into slices and peel them. Slices cut into small pieces.
Place the orange on top of the beets. Drizzle with oil.
The next layer is grated cheese. On top of it - coarsely chopped and scattered nuts in an artistic mess. Ready!
