  1. Cut the baguette into 4 pieces about 1.5 cm thick.
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Brown the baguette in a dry pan on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Put in the oven for 3 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  5. Cut the pear into thin slices.
  6. Place the pear slices on top of the cheese.
  7. Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Pour liquid honey and garnish with pine nuts.
