Fabulously delicious cupcake for a leisurely tea party in anticipation of the new year holidays. The bright, rich taste of pineapple and cherry combined with nuts will give you a good mood and warmth in the soul on rainy days.

  1. Cupcake products. * Take candied fruits and nuts according to your taste preferences. Cut the cherries and pineapple and chop the nuts.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar until creamy (~3-4 minutes). Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Stir.
  3. Add the hazelnuts, peanuts, cherries, and pineapple and mix.
  4. Put the dough in a 10×20 greased form and place in a preheated 180°C oven. Bake for about 40-45 minutes. !! FOCUS ON THE OPERATION OF YOUR OVEN!!
  5. Cool the first 15-20 minutes in the form, then on the grill. The cake is quite fragrant and delicious, and does not need “additives” in the form of zest and vanilla sugar. However, I don’t insist.))
