Healthy Chia pudding made from a mixture of berries, Chia seeds and soft cottage cheese is a very delicious, tender dessert. Vitamin dainties are eaten with pleasure for Breakfast by adults and children, charging energy and health for the whole day!
In a bowl, combine 300 gr. of soft cottage cheese and 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds.
Add a teaspoon of natural honey. You can add sugar instead of honey. Mix and leave on the table.
Let’s prepare the berry filling. To do this, put 100 grams of red currant in a pan (I have frozen-it needs to be thawed), strawberries, a tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of corn starch.
Mix, crushing the berries so that they let in more juice. Put on medium heat and, constantly stirring, bring to a boil. Boil the mixture until it thickens-just 1 minute. Allow to cool. It turns out a kind of berry jelly with pieces of berries.
Just by this time, the Chia seeds had swelled slightly.
Spread the berry jelly in portion transparent cups. For this amount of ingredients used, I got 2 servings. Then spread the Chia pudding on top with a spoon.
Tighten the glasses with cling film, put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Before serving, put the cherry cut into pieces on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Garnish as desired and serve.
