To the yogurt add the cocoa powder and powdered sugar, mix well.
Add the Chia seeds and stir.
Pour the mixture into a jar, cover and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
Prepare the cherry layer: put the cherries in a saucepan (frozen does not need to be defrosted), add sugar and put on a small fire.
Boil, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the berries are soft.
Add the starch, diluted in cold water, and boil until thick.
Remove from heat.
Cool the cherries at room temperature.
If you cook it, like the pudding, in the evening, then after cooling, put it in the refrigerator.
In the morning, remove the pudding from the refrigerator.
