White chocolate
Instructions
Gelatin pour cold water 50 ml, leave for 15 minutes.
In 50 ml of hot water, dissolve cocoa powder, instant coffee, add the swollen gelatin, mix everything well.
Mix the ricotta, sour cream and condensed milk in a bowl. Instead of ricotta, you can take a homogeneous curd.
In the curd mass, add the chocolate mass with gelatin, mix everything with a whisk.
The mixture is poured into a silicone mold and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or better at night.
Frozen dessert is turned over on a plate, remove the form.
You can decorate it as you wish, I poured white chocolate over the dessert.
