Pour the cream into a suitable bowl for a water bath.
Break the chocolate into the cream to pieces. Melt in a water bath, stirring.
Cool to room temperature, add sour cream and cream cheese. Mix well.
Peel the tangerines and divide them into slices. Put 3 slices in glasses or dessert vases. It took me 1.5 mandarins. The rest are for decoration.
Fill the top with cream and put it in the refrigerator. I could not stand it after 30 minutes, it is better to leave it longer.
On top of the cream, spread the remaining slices of tangerines and crumbs of chocolate candy (or dark chocolate).
