  1. That’s pretty much all you need for a casserole.
  2. In the bowl of a blender, mix cottage cheese, butter, sugar, starch and semolina.
  3. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Put the curd mass in a cake pan (bread), form 21 * 8cm, lay baking paper on the bottom of the mold. I had a silicone mold, so I didn’t cover it with anything, the casserole “popped out” perfectly from it.
  5. In a blender, mix the pulp of two oranges (pitted and white streaked), sugar and starch.
  6. Whisk until smooth.
  7. The resulting mass is poured into a baking dish on a curd layer.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking, cool to room temperature and remove to cool in the refrigerator. I was cleaning for the night. In the morning, remove from the mold, cut into portions and serve with tea.
