Delicate, fragrant, healthy and delicious dessert. And the kids will be happy, and adults will not refuse. Yes, most likely, it is a casserole, although the original source was called “pie”… And there’s not an ounce of flour in the ingredients.
In a bowl of blender mix cottage cheese, butter, sugar, starch and semolina.
Beat until smooth.
Put the curd mass in a form for cake (bread), a form of 21*8cm, at the bottom of the form to put baking paper. I had a silicone form, so I did not cover it with anything, from it and so perfectly “jumped” casserole.
In a blender mix the pulp of two oranges (without seeds and white veins), sugar and starch.
Beat until smooth.
The resulting mass is poured into a baking dish on the curd layer.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
After baking, cool to room temperature and remove to cool in the refrigerator. I cleaned for the night. In the morning, take out of shape, cut into portions and serve tea.
