Cranberry-Raspberry Drink “Vitamin” Recipe
Hot summer days are ahead. I suggest preparing a compote of cranberries and raspberries, despite the special tastes of each berry, they are perfectly combined. Fragrant from raspberries and star anise, with a characteristic bitterness of cranberries, compote will quench your thirst and enrich with vitamins.   1. Boil water, adding berries and star anise, 100 g of sugar.
  2. Wash the mint and currant leaves and add them to the pot.
  3. Bring sugar to taste, crush the berries with a spoon, so they will give more juice. Allow to boil and remove from the heat. Cool.
  4. Pour into a jug and place in the refrigerator to cool.
  5. Bon appetit.
