  1. In a whipping bowl, pour cream, condensed milk and add vanilla. Beat with a mixer for no more than 1 minute.
  2. In cups or any form for freezing ice cream, spread the first layer of ice cream, then walnuts, after rolling the nuts with a rolling pin, so that they are not very small pieces. Then another layer of ice cream, then a teaspoon of strawberry jam. So repeat the order of layers.
  3. The last layer should be ice cream. Put the ice cream in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours. To make the ice cream more dense for 8-10 hours.
  4. Before you put the ice cream in the freezer, cover it with plastic wrap.
