Eggplant Rolls in Sesame Seeds Recipe
A quick and delicious eggplant snack. Serve the dish chilled -this is very important in this heat.

  1. Cut the eggplant into thin slices.
  2. Fry the eggplant in a frying pan in sunflower oil until tender.
  3. Place the fried eggplant on a paper napkin to drain the excess fat. Cool down.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, salt, pepper and garlic passed through the press.
  5. Add the chopped nuts and mix well.
  6. On each plate of eggplant, put a small amount of cottage cheese filling ( I have a teaspoon). Pieces of tomatoes.
  7. Roll it up.
  8. Roll each roll in sesame seeds. Leave in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
