  1. The number of products is given conditionally, depending on the size of the form and the number of available fish. I can fit just six small trout in my form. The recipe is so simple that there is not much to photograph. First, clean the fish, gut it, and wash it. I usually buy already gutted, so the cooking time is shortened.
  2. Salt the fish, put a sprig of rosemary and thyme inside. Cut the lemon into rings and also insert one or more rings inside the fish, depending on the size of the fish. In this photo, just a larger fish, mackerel.
