Assorted vegetables (frozen: broccoli, carrots, beans, green peas, Brussels sprouts)

Apple

pickled

Mayonnaise

Instructions
Dip the vegetables in salted boiling water and cook until tender. You don’t need to digest them, give them a little crunch.
Flip into a colander, let the water drain and cool.
Boil the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Pickles and apple (peeled) also cut into cubes.
Cut the onion into cubes and rinse in running water.
Mix all the ingredients in one cup. Season with salt and pepper, add mustard and mayonnaise.
The salad is ready. It can also be served as a side dish to meat, chicken, etc.
