One of my favorite salads. Crispy vegetables, sweet red onion, mussels combined with nut dressing will surprise any gourmet.

  1. In the same water, boil the mussels for 4 minutes.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into strips.
  3. Onion cut into half-rings, garlic small straws.
  4. Chop the pine nuts. Add soy sauce, mustard, olive oil to the nuts, mix and season the salad.
