Cut the mushrooms not very finely and fry until cooked in vegetable oil.
Chop garlic, basil and olive oil in a blender or grind in a mortar. If for some reason you have not found basil, you can replace it with other herbs, but it is very tasty.
Cut the cheese (or feta) into cubes and add to the garlic mixture.
Then lay out the mushrooms.
Mix everything together.
Put the mixture on the bread.
Sandwiches on the grill (you can use a baking sheet), and the grill – in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake until the cheese is slightly melted.
