  1. 1. Wash the mushrooms and boil them in boiling water for 15 minutes. 2. Prepare the marinade: mix the ingredients for the marinade with finely chopped garlic. 3. Put the mushrooms in a colander and cool to room temperature.
  2. 4. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry hot frying pan for 3-5 minutes. 5. Mix the mushrooms, marinade and sesame seeds. Mix well and send it to the refrigerator to marinate for at least 3 hours (ideally 12-15). READY!
