  1. Melt the margarine in a water bath, add sugar, eggs and mix. Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
  2. Slice the lemon as thinly as possible!
  3. Form the desired refractory. We put it on a small fire and spread the sliced butter on the bottom of the mold (to melt faster), we take the delicious and healthy butter, in no case do not use margarine. The butter will immediately begin to melt, and then pour in the sugar.
  4. As soon as the caramel darkens in places, remove from the heat and put the lemon.
  5. Sometimes I leave the peel on the lemon, and sometimes I slice it as much as possible. I like the bitterness it gives.
  6. Pour out the dough and flatten the dough with a wet spoon and send it to the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 C. The time, of course, depends on your oven.
  7. Ready!
