In 100 ml of warm milk, dissolve yeast and 100 g of flour. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Add the remaining warm milk, sugar, zest of one lemon and salt to the dough and mix.
Add the remaining flour (300 g) in parts.
Add the chopped butter.
Knead the dough.
Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Prepare the filling.
Chop the nuts into crumbs.
Cut bananas into slices.
Peel the lemon and cut into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the nut crumbs, lemon, banana and sugar with cinnamon.
Mix the filling, slightly crushing the bananas with a spoon.
Sprinkle the table with a little flour.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer measuring 30 * 40 cm.
Cut into 3 identical strips.
Lay out the filling.
Wrap the edges of the dough, closing the filling.
Braid a braid of formed strips with stuffing.
Put the pigtail in a greased form.
Let rise for 1 hour.
