The idea of this salad I saw in the supermarket cooking. I really liked the combination of ingredients, and I decided to make the same salad at home. It turned out very tasty!

  1. Cut the onion into quarters of rings. Fry together with the mushrooms in a small amount of vegetable oil.
  2. Cut the pork into cubes.
  3. Boil the eggs hard-boiled. Cut them into cubes. In a salad bowl, mix the cubes of pork, fried mushrooms with onions, eggs, grated cheese and chopped walnuts.
  4. Season with mayonnaise and serve.
